Fair Builders, Inc. is a family-owned and operated construction company founded in 1989 by founder and president, Nazar.
“My motto is really simple, once I step foot into your house or place of business, I will treat it as if it were mine. Until I get the result I expect, then you can have it back.”
For over 25 years, Fair Builders has been building homes as well as relationships in the greater Los Angeles area one project at a time. Based on a foundation of fair pricing with quality work, Fair Builders has stood the test of time in a competitive, ever-changing market of Contractors.

As a 1st generation immigrant, failure was never an option. “I left the only thing I knew and came to a country to provide an opportunity for my family.” Nazar was one of 3 lead supervisors of the 2nd largest manufacturing facility in Armenia (formerly Soviet Union). Here, his work-ethic and meticulous attention to detail propelled him up through the ranks quickly. But what he worked so hard to achieve came crashing down as the USSR fell into a deep economic depression during the Late-80’s. With a wife and 2 children, his only chance to support his family was to leave everything he understood and head to United States. “I heard stories from friends that with hard work and persistence, the US would give me the best chance to fulfill my duties and provide for my family.” His journey began in 1988, as a laborer earning $30/day, scraping things together to be able to make ends meet. Fast forward to today, Nazar’s Fair Builders, Inc. Est. 1992, has been the harvest of a man’s journey and his work ethic.
Even though it is a hard act to follow, Arsen has been unparalleled in the company’s growth. “Ever since I can remember, I’ve been holding the flashlight and bringing the tools per request… you can say construction and building runs deep.” From Building Blocks to building projects, Arsen has been a vital component in the growth of Fair Builders, inc. in the era of computer technology. As a licensed general contractor, Arsen has propelled the Fair Builders brand passed the infancy stage to a larger, more multifaceted company. “Anyone can pick up a hammer and build, but both Nazar and I believe in working with the customer to help turn that idea into reality by being more than just a building crew.”
